Het European Air Transport Command (EATC) krijgt een nieuwe huisvesting op vliegbasis Eindhoven.
Wij hebben voor dit bouwplan een bouwplantoetsing uitgevoerd aan het bouwbesluit volgens de BRL5019 voor de scope Constructief.
Over het project
Ons bureau is door SKW gecertificeerd voor het uitvoeren van onafhankelijke constructieve toetsingen op bouwplannen.
Private kwaliteitsborging zal voor alle bouwplannen gaan gelden, wanneer in de toekomst het nieuwe stelsel voor bouwtoezicht in Nederland wordt ingevoerd. Het bevoegd gezag (gemeente) kijkt dan alleen naar welstand, ruimtelijke ordening en de veiligheid van derden. Private partijen zorgen dan voor het voldoen aan het Bouwbesluit.
